Attend Boldr’s Train the Trainer sessions on the assigned training modules.
Be involved in training learners from Boldr Impact Sourcing partner/s.
Facilitate instructor-led learning sessions, following the curriculum designed.
Act as a training coach or guide by ensuring that the activities and discussions help learners assimilate the skills and competencies being developed.
Conduct post-training assessments to measure the success of the training conducted.

Collaborate with Boldr’s learning team to deliver training sessions according to established curricula.
Implement, sustain, and ensure the quality of the training courses that have been created and designed.
Conduct workshops, learning sessions, and training sessions for Boldr’s Impact Sourcing partner/s.
Conduct assessments and analyses to determine, recommend, and implement the type of support needed for learners demonstrating challenges.
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Monitor performance, response, and effectiveness of the training.
Assist in creating and analyzing training performance data.

The ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities
Great skills in facilitating and presenting
Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication
Training skills: You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to deliver accurate and clear content, listen to people’s needs, and help communicate options for them.
