Insurance Sales Training Administrator (Fixed-term contract)

Your day-to-day:
- Training Program Development: Participate in creating and implementing training programs.
- Material Preparation and Distribution: Prepare and disseminate materials such as instructional notes and feedback forms.
- Event Management: Oversee the management of virtual and live events.
- Training Records Management: Maintain training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
- Training Process Follow-up: Participate in creating and following up on the training process.
- Vendor and Participant Liaison: Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants.
- Training Activity Reporting: Prepare reports on training activities and results.
What we are looking for:
- Educational Background: Degree in Insurance, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in Sales Training within the insurance sector.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the insurance market, including products, industry trends, and operational processes.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing training software and virtual platforms; familiarity with databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint; experience with design and multimedia platforms is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills.
- Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
