How you will contribute to Skroutz vision
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to scope, build, and lead a high-impact RevOps team that will empower our commercial teams through data-driven reporting, actionable insights, and streamlined business systems and processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring our commercial teams have the right tools, data, and processes to enhance partner engagement, revenue growth, and productivity.
What you will be doing
- Build & Scale the RevOps Team: Define the RevOps strategy & roadmap, set KPIs, and establish scalable frameworks while mentoring a high-performing team of data & insights analysts and tools & process specialists.
- Drive Data & Insights: Develop and manage real-time reporting frameworks to uncover trends, optimize decision-making, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Optimize Systems & Processes: Evaluate, implement, and maintain business systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce). Create and refine workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and develop mitigation plans to maximize performance and meet business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic advisor, partnering with finance, product, and commercial teams to align on revenue goals and forecasting.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field, with proven success in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong experience managing business systems, particularly Salesforce (eg. Sales Cloud), including configuration, reporting, and process automation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and analytics teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Greek & English.
We would appreciate it if you have
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase) and familiarity with SQL or other query languages.
- Familiarity with B2B or marketplace business models and seller engagement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of revenue lifecycle metrics, revenue forecasting, and funnel optimization.
