About The Role - Te mahi

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Room Attendant located at our Sudima Auckland City. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.

As a Room Attendant, you will be part of a dedicated housekeeping team who are committed to providing exceptional service. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. However, a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to our company values are essential.

This is a part-time role (minimum hours per week is 10 hours) paying $25.40 per hour and needs 7 day roster availability.

Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to established procedures.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of public areas throughout the hotel.
  • Use appropriate cleaning chemicals safely as per Health and Safety regulations.
  • Provide warmth and friendliness in every guest interaction.
  • Report maintenance and safety issues to management.

If you are a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail, this role is for you!

We are looking for individuals who can work collaboratively, maintain a bubbly attitude, and provide excellent service to our guests while ensuring a clean and safe environment. Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are key.

To be considered for this role, you must legally be entitled to work in New Zealand and be able to pass a police and reference check.
