We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager to join our team and share the delightful world of chocolate with our guests. As our ECP & Retail Manager, you will oversee all retail operations, special events, and factory tours, providing world-class customer service and immersive and educational experiences for guests as they explore the history, production process, and flavors of our chocolate.

Schedule: On-site, full-time (40 hours/week, 5 days per week), within the range of Monday – Saturday 9am – 6pm. This position may require flex hours and working evenings, as needed.
Compensation: $78,000.00/annual

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3+ years of experience in retail or customer service management.
· Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for lifting people up and inspiring greatness.
· Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative event concepts and merchandising strategies.
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time. Additionally, it requires climbing stairs in the factory during tours, and may require lifting/pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs.
