About the Role
As a Group Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in financial forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial insights, improving departmental reporting, and enhancing forecasting capabilities across the business.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading monthly reforecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Partnering with key stakeholders to drive financial performance
• Developing automated reports and improving financial models
• Supporting strategic FP&A initiatives, including system improvements
• Monitoring cash flow & debtor management
• Assisting with FCA deliverables and month-end processes

What We’re Looking For
✔️ Qualified accountant (CA/ACA/ACCA) with 2–5 years post-qualification experience
✔️ Background in financial services (investment management preferred)
✔️ Strong modelling skills and advanced Excel capabilities
✔️ Experience in management accounts & reporting
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering under tight timelines
✔️ Experience with NetSuite & automated reporting tools is a plus!
