Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from various sources into our database and ensure consistent quality of information.
  • Review and validate information from application requisitions.
  • Generate and maintain spreadsheets and reports as needed.
  • Update existing records, ensuring that all information remains current.
  • Conduct regular audits and verify data against source documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth data operations.
  • Perform backups of data to prevent loss and ensure preservation.

  • Previous experience as a data entry clerk or in a related field.
  • Proficient typing skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of database management.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus.
