As a Senior Human Resource Generalist / Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our ongoing growth and success by managing all aspects of the employee experience in our Taiwan office. You will be responsible for enhancing our recruitment processes, managing HR systems, creating job postings and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing: Lead sourcing and recruiting efforts for various roles within Taiwan, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates.

Hiring Process Compliance & Administration: Oversee the post-interview process, including drafting, reviewing and modifying employment contracts. For international hires, this extends to managing the visa sponsorship process for new hires, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.

Candidate Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Systems Management: Implement and manage a new HR system, processing all applicants from job boards and making timely updates to processes.

Job Board & JD Creation Liase with various hiring managers to create new Job Descriptions and posting them on a variety of job posting websites to screen and interview potential candidates.

Industry Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of etiquette in the crypto and hedge fund sectors to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate interactions.


Must Haves

  • Absolute confidentiality when dealing with company matters.
  • Must be based in Taiwan.
  • Strong bilingual Chinese and English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in top-tier international firms.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in negotiation for contracts after offer stages
  • Managing full-cycle for candidates after submission, including managing expectations, introducing the company and team, following best HR practices.
  • Familiarity with Digital Assets and Front Office environments in the Hedge Fund space.
