At Sope, we are on a mission to transform the way businesses use Microsoft 365. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing Sprocket 365, our leading knowledge base solution for SharePoint. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create innovative front-end experiences that empower users and improve usability.

About the Role

As a Front End Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain front-end functionality based on customer and business requirements.
• Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to enhance the user experience.
• Extend the functionality of existing solutions with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
• Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience working with React.js and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript).
• Experience with build tools and frameworks such as Webpack and SASS.
• Understanding of front-end performance optimisation and responsive design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and back-end developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint development (SPFx).
• Familiarity with ASP.Net and Microsoft SQL.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) integration.
• Previous experience working in an Agile development environment.
