Corporate Culture & Engagement Lead
- Define and promote the organization's core values and ensure they are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Develop culture and engagement framework and aligns the program with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Manage initiatives that support cultural transformation and continuous improvement.
- Determine and plan the culture program roadmap and framework to improve Employee Experience Index.
- Conduct regular assessments of the corporate culture and implement actions based on feedback.
- Manage the culture team to ensure Culture Program are implemented based on timeline and target.
- Analyze and gather insights and feedback from employees, and use this information to drive continuous improvement in the employee experience.
- Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the organization's goals.
- Develop, plan and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees.
- Manage and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Lead implementation of new initiative program to be completed based on timeline.
- Evaluates the impact of relationship between the initiatives and HC metrics indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing communication, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strategic Vision: Ability to align culture and engagement strategies with business objectives.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing culture and engagement programs.
- In-depth knowledge of employee engagement best practices and industry trends.
- Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of cultural transformation and employee engagement strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate engagement or culture, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Willing to work in: Karawaci, Tangerang.
