  • A municipal web design and hosting platform to help municipalities inform and communicate with their citizens
  • Municipal forms, workflows and a payment system to streamline daily operations in local government
  • AI-powered SaaS to help municipal clerks do board/council meeting transcription and meeting minutes

As the Integrator at HeyGov and Town Web, you'll be the glue that holds our organization together. You'll be the "EOS Cop" ensuring preparation for Level 10 meetings, checking in with department heads on rock progress, and unblocking obstacles. You'll harmonize major business functions, execute our vision, and hold the entire organization accountable for goals and objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Running weekly Level 10 meetings
  • Reviewing Scorecards to track business pulse
  • Managing Rocks (90-day priorities)
  • Resolving issues using the IDS process
  • Liaising between departments
  • Acting as a sounding board for the Visionary's ideas
  • Analyzing data and metrics to drive performance
  • Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles

  • Proven experience as an Integrator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of EOS or similar Business Operating System (e.g., Scaling Up)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with remote, global team management
  • SaaS industry experience
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Alignment with our culture of high trust, teamwork, and fun
  • GovTech experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment

  • Our company is headquartered in Wisconsin, USA, but you can work remotely
  • Flexible work week with some overlap over US time zone
