As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will take a leading role in customizing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This position offers a great opportunity for an experienced developer to make a significant impact and contribute to our Salesforce ecosystem.
Role & responsibilities and core competencies.
- Customization and Development: Independently customize and develop solutions within Salesforce to meet complex business requirements.
- Apex Coding: Create and maintain Apex code to develop custom functionality, triggers, and complex data transformations.
- Lightning Components: Design and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other UI enhancements to improve user experience and meet specific business needs.
- Integration: Lead the integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Data Management: Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data migrations, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions, implement testing frameworks, and ensure high-quality, scalable code. Debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce customizations, configurations, and development activities. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance as needed.
- User Support: Provide advanced support to end-users, troubleshoot complex issues, and assist with training as necessary.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our Salesforce environment.
What you’ll bring to Pogust Goodhead:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning, and data modelling.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and security considerations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Javascript Developer I (optional).
