Graphic/Web Designer

We're looking for a talented Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our team as a key contributor in shaping our brand, products and client solutions. In this cross-functional role, you will:

Collaborate with the Product Team to enhance the user experience (UX) of our products.

Work with the Professional Services Team to design engaging intranet solutions for clients.

Support the Marketing Team in delivering high-quality materials and maintain brand consistency and across all internal and external visual assets.

Provide insights and recommendations for best practices in design, usability and branding.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic or web design roles.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in graphic and web design using tools such as; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma or similar.
• Proficiency in web design technologies such as HTML, CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Responsive to customer needs with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Extra points if you have:

• Familiarity with designing for SharePoint or other intranet solutions is a significant advantage.
• A creative, open mind and eager to explore new design trends and technologies.
• The ability to multitask within strict time constraints, budgets and business goals.
• A positive attitude with a good sense of humour.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products.
• Work closely with developers to implement UX/UI designs effectively.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for product and client solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create/update various assets such as; website content, sales collateral, social media graphics, promotional/event materials and support branding initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their design requirements and translate them into creative solutions.
