Job Description:

As a Follow Up Agent at Delta, you will be instrumental in maintaining client relationships and ensuring continued satisfaction with our Medicare offerings. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to clients for follow-up consultations to address any questions regarding their Medicare options.
  • Providing timely information about plan updates, benefits, and options.
  • Building rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Tracking all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborating with sales agents to enhance client care and service delivery.
